“When we checked in there was no one at the desk we had to call the hotel to let them know we were at the front desk. The clerk came from the office which was right behind the front desk, but the office window blind was shut, if the blind was open she would have saw us right away. There was no vending machine to get water or ice or any drinks of any kind. The pool area closed which was fine but the whole area was full of boxes and looked like a messy storage area. “Can I upload a picture...? The place should be condemned.. Mould all over the ceiling....cold floors...stained bedding....what a place for bedbugs or the friggin crabs... Worst place ever...Had to pay a hefty pet fee for a hole...”

“Wonderful staff. For a handicapped person, there are a few conerns for hotel functioning. There are several parking spaces for handicap, however they are too far from the main door. The shower had great doors, but ther were no safty rails in the shower. The room "curtains" did not have anything for me to grab onto, and went too high to reach.”
