“When we checked in there was no one at the desk we had to call the hotel to let them know we were at the front desk. The clerk came from the office which was right behind the front desk, but the office window blind was shut, if the blind was open she would have saw us right away.
There was no vending machine to get water or ice or any drinks of any kind.
