"This place is huge and felt very overwhelming. The breakfast wasn’t cleverly good. I would stick to 7 eleven and it took forever to get up or down sometimes as the place was so big! The onsen was nice and the location was ok. "

"What a beautiful hotel! From checking in all the way until check out, this place was just perfect. There are so many restaurants within walking distance and you get free entry into Fanbi Town, which is a great place to get everything you need. We skipped the breakfast, but took advantage of their free coffee, matcha, and soft drinks. Our room was very roomy and the wrap around balcony was gorgeous! There wasn't much of a view, but that didn't matter too much. The only downfall was the train station was a bit of a walk, but it was easy getting around the area. I would definitely stay here again! "We had a great time at this hotel. The room was very spacious and nice. We requested a quiet room, and the staff were very accommodating—they gave us a room on a higher floor, far from the elevator, and facing a quiet treet. The hotel has a strong Asian aesthetic, which some people might consider a bit dated, but it reflects a style that is appreciated in Asia. The hotel is a 5 star Asian hotel, in America it may be a 4.5 stars. As expected for a five-star hotel, the restaurants are quite expensive. Transportation is nearby, though not extremely close, and the hotel is located some distance from downtown Osaka. Overall, I would definitely stay here again."
