โLovely, renovated older home. Decorated to the nines. Welcome champagne was great. Only downgrade: smallest toilet (room?) ever. Wonderful area to walk around and view homes, and very close to the art museums and the Plaza. Will stay again.โ
โthis property is stunning; the decor was mid-century modern, sleek and very intentional. the bed was so soft, comfy and supportive. the bathroom was spacious and also the room as well. i loved everything about this boutique hotel experience. a coffee shop is right across the street serving up delicious coffee/matcha and bites. i would exclusively stay here anytime I am in KC! โ
โThe staff were so friendly! The beds werenโt the most comfortable, but it was adequate for our needs. I didnโt realize the bathroom was open, and I was traveling with my nephew, so when we wanted to take a shower, each of us had to make sure that nobody came to that side of the room while we undressed. This isnโt the best hotel if you need more privacy, but we made it work. We loved how close the hotel was to shops and restaurants. We want to come back and spend more time in the area. โ
โThe staff was professional and empathetic. My flight was cancel at 11pm and when I called Delta there was a 4 hour wait time. I decided to go to the airport just to find out it was closed but before I left i informed the front desk gentleman about mentioned he will wait for our situation and keep our room open. We headed back and he was waiting with us by the entrance with waters and new keys. That gesture went a long way. Thank you! โ
โThe staff was very professional and clam even though helping a line of people. Room is clean, bed is comfortable upgraded. Connected room is convenient for my children to stay near The only thing didn't work was the air conditioner that comes with fan and no way to turn it off without turning of the air conditioner. โ
โThere is an on site restaurant available. It was actually the only part of our stay that was disappointing. The food came out all at once instead of each course being staggered and the manager just took it back 'to keep it warm'. Who does that in a high end restaurant setting?โ
