"Great staff, amenities and breakfast "

"All staff was So kind. I interacted with Sherrellia the most but I wish I remembered the two young folks who were at registration at evening on 5/10-5/12 because they were equally as nice and accommodating. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and open! Gym as well. Close to everything. Breakfast was continental nice to have but coffee was delicious. I worked from the breakfast area and noticed that the breakfast staff maintained cleanliness diligently. This place was a great find for a great price. Thanks to all the staff who made me and my sister’s stay delightful during a hectic graduation weekend trip!"

"Poor check in experience with hospitality staff that could not be bothered to provide a good experience. One young staff girl that appeared to be brand new to the position was the only positive part of the experience, she tried very hard to make up for the short comings of her management staff. We booked through expedia and had a printed/emailed receipt with our confirmation code, when the staff was unable to find our code in the system we were told that we would need to book another room and work it out with Expedia. If the hotel staff if not capable of using your system for bookings, perhaps they should not be employed to do so. Or perhaps the Hotel staff need proper training on how to provide a positive customer experience and the check in procedure required for Expedia reservations. I will not staff at this location again, and I have told many of my colleagues about the experience with Hyatt as well."

"Dated hotel, clean but few perks or amenities. Gave impression it will just due. Everything was extra no continental offering..authentic college experience of what else do I have to spend money on."

"Where to start? 1st, the toilet had a small leak that constantly kept the floor around the toilet wet. 2nd, Ice machine didn't work but was told I could take my ice bucket next door to the gas station ( what a Joke)! My stay was for 4 nights and I'm not a mechanic but if this property truly cared about it's guests, GETTING A ICE MACHINE REPAIRED ISN'T THAT MAJOR OF A DEAL( THIS PISSED ME OFF). 3rd, no mini fridge, no mini microwave, no shampoo at all!! 4th, each day I had to stop by the office to get my key card reactivated, even though my stay was confirmed for 4 days upon check in. 5th, the video interaction at the front office was Very unwelcoming, another way to remove a important part of any travel experience!!! Will say TV worked well and so did the AC. I will update Expedia if the hotel reaches out to me with any reply or compensation. "

"It was a nice enough hotel and the rooftop bar is a must-see. My beef with this property is that my room was clearly covered in pet dander and the mattress was the worst I have ever slept on. I have severe allergies to both cats and dogs and didn’t realize this was a pet friendly hotel until I checked out and noticed the dog bowls in the lobby. That was on me. But the reaction I had to my room was next level. I suffered the entire stay and between the sneezing, swollen eyes and skin that felt like it was on fire, and the mattress that felt like it had been retrieved from a trash pile after being used for 20 years, I didn’t get more than 3 hours of sleep a night. It was absolute torture and I don’t think I could ever stay there again. "
