"Excellent! Property was very clean. Our room was amazing! Clean, kitchenette, and an amazing view overlooking the water and ferry. We loved having our morning coffee and watching all the boats/people. We travelled with friends who also had their own room, and were equally impressed. It was so nice we both extended our stay an extra night. Right next to the strip of stores. Great location. As meticulous as the property was, it’s the staff that really push this place into a 5* rating. From the front desk, ti the cleaners etc. the staff was so friendly and gracious. They actually made you feel like they truly appreciated your business. We recommend and hope to stay here again next year when we visit."

"Tuwanek hotel has gorgeous views from the top floor rooms and is incredibly romantic at sunset. Stayed in the Casablanca room and the massive room has a king bed, full body shower and claw foot tub. The hotel also allows you to use their Kayaks & paddle boards on the water in their backyard. This place has a very unique setup for their hot tub underneath a bunch of grape vines that add such a cool atmosphere while enjoying the tub. There's also a steam cave, bbq, smoker, multiple areas to relax and a firepit. Highly recommend staying here for your anniversary or romantic getaway. "

"Obviously well cared for small motel. Unfortunately they used cheap materials in the inside renovations so the floors in both rooms we stayed in recently were deteriorating. The staff were very professional and efficient - check in was pleasant and easy. Would definitely stay again."
