While the property itself was clean, daily housekeeping was inconsistent and often lacking. The location, although near the beach, is somewhat inconvenientโaccess requires descending a steep set of stairs and navigating along a narrow, rusted, sandy ledge. Once there, the beach is quite small and the nearby vendors are overpriced.
The elevator was a notable frustration: very slow and uncomfortably cramped. Staff interactions were underwhelming at bestโfrequently unfriendly, and often blocking parking access, which, while perhaps policy, created unnecessary hassle.
One of the most disappointing aspects was the billing. Despite booking under a โpay after your stayโ policy, I was charged on the first day. This was frustrating, especially since I had intended to use a different card for payment.
Additionally, the hotel is a bit removed from the heart of the local dining and activity sceneโexpect a 10-minute walk to reach most of the popular spots. To top it off, although we reserved a double room, we were given a child-sized bed instead, which was not only misleading but also incredibly uncomfortable.
Overall, the experience fell short of expectations, and I would recommend looking elsewhere for better service, convenience, and value.
