There are so many problems with this hotel. One , rooms have e terrible smell, it is almost impossible to sleep with close balcony door. Second hotel advertised that it has beach , there is no beach . You have to work through two other properties to go to the beach . The other problem that I can ...

We did not feel welcomed during our entire stay. Most of the staff had dismissive behavior. Every single day there were issues with the staff cleaning our room. It either was not cleaned, or poorly cleansed.

Amenities and the view. There was no TV until someone from the staff helped us with their Samsung account. For our two week stay there was scarce supply of toilette paper and shampoo.

We would love to return after the French do more to restore the island from hurricane damage. Also, we were unable to visit most of the french side because of ongoing demonstrations. Nettle Bay was not blocked from the Dutch side.
