Was mentioned to front desk but no cooling for two nights of my stay. Heating was turned on but the cooling icon did not turn on. Easy check in process. we could also leave the luggage in the luggage room for free of charge after we checkout. just 7-8 mins walk from Bahnhof, so good connectivity and lots of eateries at the Bahnhof. Only drawback was the guest kitchen was not clean and very few utensils. "

"My son and I stayed for 9 nights in a jr. suite. The property, room, and staff were top notch, no exceptions. Perhaps my most enjoyable hotel experience ever. Wish this place was in the U.S. so it was closer for a return trip. Location was excellent. Walkable to all major sights, shopping and food.
