"Room was clean and the house keeping was pretty good, the only one thing need to improve would be the front desk, when I checked in, no information was given to me, I had to ask for every thing, ie. is there a pool, where is it. "

"Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Great location for getting around Berlin. Train station and hop on & off bus stop near by. Beer garden is also beside the hotel. "

"Breakfast was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was perfect. On a down side, the bathroom door did not close and the curtain had dropped off the curtain rod."

"The breakfast was very good with a large selection of food. Staff friendly. The main problem with my room was that it was on the 1st floor and faced the main road. The neon lights from the buildings shone into the room all night. The curtains do not provide a black out so the room was light all night. Fridge was noisy and air conditioning did not cool the room substantially. I would use the hotel again but in a different room. "

"Overall good stay. Friendly staff. Popular place. Slept well. Nice and popular bar. Only complaint really was the limited amount of bathrooms per person--found myself waiting on an open bathroom for quite a bit."

"Broken electrical components in my room. Dangerous!!!! No working A/C or heating. Water either too hot scalding or too cold, inconsistent and annoying to take a shower. Never again!"

"The Adlon Kempinski hotel is exquisite. Its location can’t be beat. The Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag are literally right outside the hotel. Our room was well furnished and it had everything that we needed. The decor in our room was just as beautiful as the rest of the hotel. We had an amazing breakfast upstairs with a beautiful view of the American Embassy and the Brandenburg Gate. The staff is what makes this hotel superb from the doormen, the receptionist, concierge, housekeeping, bartenders, and the lady-in-red. We stayed there for five days and we didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to visit the Adlon Kempinski again. "
