"The room was a little tired but very clean. Hotel staff was very attentive and met all of our needs. Excellent place in the city. The transit (subway) was very close (1 minute walk) and made it easy to get anywhere in the city. Wonderful stay, enjoyed by everyone "

"The employees need more training in customer service. The front desk person did not have the attitude of helping to get my request granted (finding a phone charger to borrow) they only answered no and didnt offer any other potential solution. Housekeeping passed the buck to the front desk! Also, they were Very abrupt about keeping the stub for checked bags insinuating that we couldnt get our bags back if we didnt have the ticket."

"The lobby is a shocker! Looks like a youth hostel. The bedroom was small, but nicely done. Really nice, helpful staff. Close to my appointment in the Tip O'Neil building., but a bit of a hike for a good restaurant. Was definitely not worth the money Ex***a charged. "
