“Felt like home. They do a great job offering events and music on 5he property. We had a tacos and tequila night. The beach just across the street is very accommodating with plenty 9f swim and boat gear. Great firepits for the campers to hang around and made good friends. The cabins are great but could use some updating and a little more cooking staples. Newer owners will probably remedy as they are always looking to improve.”

“Artist’s Bluff suite was very comfortable, nice to be on the first floor and to have lots of windows. Very easy walk to downtown area for restaurants, especially using the path next to the property. Easy parking. Owners kept in touch frequently without being a nuisance so if you had a question, it was easy to get an answer. Nice to have easy (free) access to coffee, snacks and some candy as well as bottled water and sodas.”

“We had a wonderful experience all the way around. It was not our first Under Canvas stay, thought it was our first at this location. We knew what to expect overall, and the staff went above any beyond those expectations. My spouse was (unexpectedly) on crutches for this trip, and the staff was so helpful and accommodating of the extra needs we had because of that. It was also really apparent to me that everyone we encountered on the staff was upbeat and forthcoming about how much they liked...

“The rooms were clean, the staff made it very easy to check in/out. Plenty of parking and the small kitchen came in handy while there.”

“This hotel is right on the lake and we loved the view from our room.Across the street is the grill that has a great variety of food and have an excellent beer selection.The lake is very pretty and the water is clear.”
