Room was clean but it did have a strong smell that I cant identify and it worked on my allergies! Staff was very friendly and offered to be very helpful, however help wasnt needed! This was our second stay and will stay again!

I liked that it was clean and that we had maid service and clean towels each day. Entrance and exit to property is a bit awkward. No working ice machine on our floor. Elevator complained a lot getting to the 3rd floor. Scary. Breakfast was adequate but it was not equipped to handle a large breakfast crowd.

Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and we had a good night's rest there. We'd have no issue staying there again. I was disappointed that the TV did not appear to carry NBC, and the closed captioning and sleep timer on the remote did not work at all. No idea if the latter are an issue in other rooms or not.

Room smelled like mildew as soon as we walked in. The housekeeping lady brought a small machine and put in front of the ac for about 15 minutes. That made it all better for about 30 minutes and then the smell returned.

The fact that when I entered my room the bathroom door wasn’t attached to the door and it was laying on side the wall in the room , I had no curtains in my room at all and I didn’t even have a smoked detector in my room. It was hot and the hot water wasn’t working in the bathroom.

My family and friends were there for a race. We were on the 3rd floor. We had to get up early so by 9 we settled down. The people in the room next to us were loud and playing loud music. At 10:15 I went down to the desk. No resolution. At 10:30 I went back down, no resolution! I called at 10:45 and the resolution was to move me and my family to another room. We were very thankful to finally get some sleep but that was probably not the best call from the front desk clerk in my opinion. Why did we need to move and be more inconvenienced? I’ve stayed at this hotel when it was Best Western and Wyndham. This was the first time since this change in ownership. I honestly thought I was booking at Wyndham when I made the reservation.
