"Brennan at the front desk was super helpful and insight and curious for check out and Rahual I believe was the manager was super helpful with checkout, we had 2 drink tickets we didn’t use at the bar the night before and he thankfully let us grab a soda and apple juice in the morning instead, definitely recommend "

"The staff was amazing, and the location is great. The only issue was that due to some remodeling,g the continental breakfast area was too small, and we had issues finding a seat. The staff do try their best to accommodate. "

"Rooms, guy at the front desk, amenities are all A+. I’m telling you, this is my best stay in NYC. I would highly recommend. My only concern was that, they manager sent a welcome email but didn’t notify that there would be $100 safety fee for in case of damages to the rooms, neither was it in on this site when I was booking it. So for future reference, it would be great to make it known here on Expedia that there’ll be such fees/payments. "

"Had a great stay at the L hotel. Very quiet place and friendly helpful staff. Some fresh options like fruit at breakfast would have been appreciated but the bagels and coffee were good! Having breakfast included in the overall price was great. Would stay again!"
