“We had a warm welcome from Pauline and Chris who were throughout great hosts - happy to help with local visits and places to eat. A lovely setting on a useful through route just 35 minutes from the port.”

“Everything was good. But the double bed we got was basically 2 single beds which were combined into one and that made the sleep a little uncomfortable for the 2 of us as there was a bit of a gap in between the 2 beds.”

There was clean and accessible drinking water near the room. The town was cute and had a lot of shopping options, though more popular retail than I would have liked. The nightlife was fun too! “This was a great place to take a break from our AB&B stays. The property is gorgeous. The bed were great. We both got a good nights sleep. The room was a nice size. An ice machine would have been the one thing that would have made this perfect. Oh yes and the breakfast was one of the best in our last 10 weeks of travel.”

“Hotel in buona posizione centrale. Parcheggio sul retro raggiungibile a pochi passi. Stanza adeguata,letto comodo. Comodo anche il ristorante/pub interno. Nella descrizione della struttura non è ben chiaro che la piscina non fa parte della struttura. L’hotel si appoggia ad una piscina pubblica del paese, dall’altra parte della strada. Il servizio non è a pagamento ma viene rilasciato un voucher di rimborso che può essere speso all’interno dell’hotel. Da migliorare la comunicazione....

“A absolutely beautiful place to stay. The house, room and everything is impeccable as pictured. Edna was our host and he is the greatest person. Breakfast was amazing as well. Definitely a great place spend some quality time.”

“A lovely warm welcome with a real family feel to the B&B - extremely helpful too. The rooms are very comfortable. The breakfasts are outstanding using many local products and the extra homemade treats are delightful. Location is lovely with surrounding countryside - highland cows, sheep and deer whilst at the edge of the village.”

“Overall experience was nice that the surroundings and leisure club are pretty good. The thing we didn't expect is that there are some stairs going down to the room that we need to carry the luggage ourselves, which is not notified when booking. Also the air smells moldy in the corridor downstairs. But the room itself is tidy and clean.”
