Dogs welcome and treated so well with their own bed, blanket and bowl with free treats and no restrictions on where we could eat or drink. Lovely staff. And delicious food. Our room had everything you could need with a sweet balcony to sit outside. Highly recommend staying here - Max was outstanding. Thank you.

Room was clean, comfy and unique. Nice touch with tea, coffee facilities, and a decanter with spirits in to help yourself. Unfortunately our coffee machine didn't pierce the pod so got a cup of hot water. Was going for breakfast anyway so wasn't a great problem. Enjoyed a nice cup of tea on arrival. The floor level of shower corners could do with a better clean of the grout area or re grouting. Rest of bathroom was great.

Lovely location, very nice rooms, clean, tidy, food was excellent too. Unfortunately I didnt have the same welcome from the reception as the guest before me who were offered milk in there room and walked/shown to their accommodation. Felt slightly put out.

Rooms are very good, well equipped, comfortable and clean. However we found the room warm at night, even without heating. A better fan would help. The restaurant was busy for a Monday and we waited 25 minutes for our food and drinks order to be taken. The food is great quality. Overall it’s a very good place to stay and we will no doubt use it again. Breakfast is delicious.

First room we stay was next to a very busy road so if you are like me and prefer a quiet night sleep then i would recommend to put in requests un before you arrive. Rooms was lovely decorated however the cleaning was quite poor a lot of dust not sure if that was living up to living in a paddock but could do with some attention. While food was nice, not a lot of choice and was rather expensive but there is lot of eating places in the down centre. Staff very helpful throughout our stay but seem to be very busy juggling different roles so at times there were a bit of a weight. Room could do with having a phone or few extra amenities such aa iron or even having tea spoons for making a hot drink and some milk rather than having to go down to reception making staff work even harder.
