Incredibly friendly staff. Fantastic location after a long travel day into the station and a great base from which to go walkabout. Full breakfast a bonus and very good:)
The check in process very quick and very friendly reception staff,the room was very clean and stylish,i particularly liked the security in the elevator,if you are not staying you cannot access the lift you need your room key in order to use lifts i found this very reassuring . Breakfast was excellent as were the staff, i would highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay again in the future
Hotel is opposite the station. Staff were friendly and efficient, the rooms were quiet and clean and the breakfast was excellent. Would have no hesitation in staying again.
Room was very clean and spacious. Had an extra lock on the door, plenty of towels and a nice view.
Tea tray was sparse, only one milk and one coffee sachet.
The room door rattled a lot when a doorway in the corridor was used, as the double doors would slam really hard.
The free breakfast was decent considering it's free, lots of options and nicely presented.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Room clean and comfortable, breakfast fresh and plentiful. A special shoutout however to the lovely, friendly, efficient and helpful staff, especially Joel and Scarlett. What a great team
