Room was OK, though some road noise due to the window that would not close properly. Bathroom good, and readonable shower. Staff were great considering it was NYE Great location for heading into Newcastle Will stay again no doubt

The hotel is close to local transport links and has a nice clean reception and corridor areas, the rooms are a bit worn, however the staff do make up for this and offer a very good level of service whilst your in the Hotel. A good hotel for a short stay when you're in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Great short stay

A very short stay but staff were great, bringing me up a feather pillow and generally being friendly. Room was clean, bed very comfortable and shower was amazing. Breakfast was very good too.

Room was great , however bed was very sunken in the middle. Only issue was we were above the reception room of a wedding taking place , luckily we were out most of the evening but it was very loud in our room. Additionally we were close to car park and could hear cars going over ramps repeatedly. Staff were lovely and breakfast was great.

A pleasant stay in Newcastle

A two night stopover while dropping our daughter at uni. Staff were fantastic, all of those we spoke with were very helpful and just nice to chat with. The room was fine. Breakfast decent and dinner in the restaurant was good too. The price was very reasonable.
