Our apartment was a spacious two bedroom unit with a separate living/dining area plus a kitchenette. Everything was very clean, and the decor was updated and modern. The location was great: very close to Central Station, the football stadium, and grainger market. And the price was excellent. Overall we were very very pleased with our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Booked the 2 bedroom so my friend and I could have our own rooms but was surprised to see an ensuite so we each had our own bathroom too. The living and dining rooms are huge. Hotel is close to the train station and all sights in town. Great for a family but also for friends needing some individual space while traveling. Staff were also helpful.

Have stayed several times at the county apart hotel and i am always very happy. I visit newcastle regularly to see my son and always try to book here first. The apartments vary in size and style but all are very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. 2 minutes walk from station and a 5-10 minute walk from shopping. Perfect place to stay 👍👍

This really is a hidden gem. We Could not believe how big our 2 bed apartment was. We were going for an evening meal out but decided to order in to make the most of our comfortable surroundings. When going to Newcastle we now only want to stay here. Such good value.

Things to work on with it being newly open: WiFi wasn’t set up for rooms, freeview kept cutting out and we were told that the £50 deposit could be used at the sister hotel as a tab but when visiting that hotel, no one knew about it.

Great size apartment. Comfy beds. Spotlessly clean apart from the sofas which were stained and dirty. Reception changed our room after complaining about the state of the sofa. The next room was slightly better. Middle of December, party season, suspect it just needs a little maintenance! Worth noting it is opposite a busy nightclub so if you’re a light sleeper it might not be ideal. Breakfast at the sister hotel was good value. Overall a decent stay, with excellent customer service.

Paul was fantastic and very helpfull. Very clean the only problem was the room was very warm but obviously it was a very hot day, and they did get two fans for us which was great, and its only cause we are women of a certain age!!! Hot flushes etc !!!! But was lovely room and will certainley go back

We stayed at apartment 304 while we visited Newcastle City Centre for a theatre show. The apartment is beautifully appointed, with a nice bathroom (with bath), power shower, plus a kitchenette area and a comfortable double bed, sofa and large screen TV. There is good WiFi and the Broadband Internet was good for streaming (70mbs download), although a content filter on the system prevented viewing some streaming channels that don't like VPN systems. The entrance to the apartment building is manned 24/7, and we felt safe coming and going. The apartment building itself is slap bang in the centre of the City Centre, making it great for exploring the shops, theatres, pubs and restaurants. Our only complaint -- and sadly it was a significant one -- is that the apartment is sweltering hot and sticky, with no air conditioning (that we could find) to keep the area cool. Baring in mind we were staying on only a reasonably warm day in late April, I can't imagine how unbearable the heat must be during the height of summer. If these apartments could be fitted with air-con, we'd happily stay here again.As it is, we didn't sleep due to the heat, and would struggle to recommend the apartments to any other travellers than those who love 24c temperatures.

Received a phone call on the day to explain there was a booking issue and out apartment was not available. So they offered us the westview penthouse and as we had no kitchen now they threw in breakfast too. Staff were so nice and the manager was fab treat my daughter's as if they were royalty.
