Booked a club room and didn’t get that, very dated room, stayed there 10 years ago and things haven’t changed at all, very disappointed with the standards, I will be avoiding Village hotels in the future. They used to be a good hotel chain, but I will be avoiding them moving forward.

Not good if you want a nights sleep
Amazing service, staff, food. It was clean and the pool was lovely…….however we couldn’t sleep as if you have a room at the front you either have to roast and close the windows or open the windows and get treated to parties singing, chanting and shouting until the early hours.
