I arrived after dark and the hotel and the village were like a magical New England winter scene with sparkling lights everywhere. The proximity of the hotel to a typical New England church and numerous white painted wooden framed structures was a scene from our historical heritage. The hotel was reopened less than a year ago after extensive renovations. The outcome is a GEM. Decorations deserve an A+.

Our room "Chris" was very clean and spacious. The fireplace is a nice touch. The soaking tub was great after a long day on the slopes. The beds were very comfortable. Our hostess Claire was super friendly and accomodating. We had a great stay. We will be back again.

Beautiful setting, lovely hotel that deserves a 5-star rating. Room was comfortable and cozy. 3-stars for the breakfast which was very disappointing given the price of the stay. Keurig machine rather than brewed coffee, packaged pastry items, whole fruit without an adequate knife for cutting. They really should do better.

Tv and internet not working

I arrive 7:50 and did the check in the girl up front was quick and rushed to leave and hang me a key. I got to the room and the tv was not working. I try to call the front desk after hours phone numbers and no one answered!!!! Next morning I mention at front desk and still no one bother to come in and check the tv for me. Very disappointed.
