"The cottage is in a great location to access all parts of the island. Decor and furnishing are on the basic side, but this is more than reflected in the price. The garden has lovely views - a picnic table is provided but I suggest taking your own camping chairs for more comfy, longer term seating. The cottage is on a B road with some traffic at times but the noise was not intrusive, and was non-existent overnight. "Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. The English breakfast was very tasty — especially considering that I am a chef working in a five-star hotel in London. The sausages and bacon were exceptionally good. I was slightly disappointed that still water was not available and only sparkling water was offered. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money and we enjoyed our stay."
