The Outlook Inn was quaint and located close to the downtown area, but far enough away that it was quiet. The delicious breakfasts varied each morning and were cooked and served to each guest. The staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable!

This Inn is very well located as everything is in walking distance. It was very clean and the staff was so nice and welcoming. They provide parking at a lot close by. Thank you to Selena and her staff for the great breakfasts and smiles everyday.

Would definitely recommend this property. The Inn Keeper was amazing, rooms newly renovated and clean, great location, breakfast was phenomenal. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Lovely old home that had Ben perfectly renovated. Elegant, great bed, amazing breakfast, view from deck overlooking the harbor and staff was helpful.

Great location for points of interest and restaurants. Morning complementary breakfast was amazing. The staff made sure we were well informed and provided us with useful information to get the most out of our stay. We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are super clean and newly updated. Very safe and quiet neighborhood at night. The innkeeper does a great job and is very friendly. The free breakfast was awesome. The only downfall is the parking, which is offsite.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The location is key right near the water area shopping of Bowen wharf. We checked in and Ashlee gave us a ton of recommendations and was literally the nicest person ever. So friendly and just so nice. Parking is a little ways down the street, but you can unload your bags and then go parking and go straight to shopping or dining. There’s a quaint little rooftop that you can sit on and enjoy your breakfast or even something you brought back for dinner. The rooms are so pretty and the colors are so calming and coastal like. Definitely would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Lovely unique inn in the centre of Newport. Staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast homemade and delicious. Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Both rooms had fantastic ensuite bathrooms. Comfy beds and amazing air con. Higy recommend.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful elegant Inn. The room was superb, gorgeous shower and the location couldn’t be better in the heart of Newport. Breakfast was delicious and view from 3rd floor deck was amazing!! Can’t wait to visit again.
