"Great location near Pittsburgh International airport. The room outside the elevators overlooks the runway. I did have 2 small issues in the room, but they were both addressed asap. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Walking distance to Sheetz for breakfast was a big plus. Clean, safe & friendly staff. Quick elevators. Nice gym & small indoor pool & spa. Laundry too. "

"The hotel room was great, front desk staff super. Be aware of the hotel shuttle... the shuttle express picked up people at 5 different hotels. We were told we would be the final stop before the airport. Unfortunately, we ended up being the first stop and even though the shuttle driver was driving 80 mph on a wet highway, it took a solid 45 minutes. Had he been upfront with the pickup situation, people could have opted for an Uber. "

"Check in smooth...desk staff was kind and helpful. Lobby and perimeter area was large and clean.Breakfast was just adequate. Suite showed its age but was fine. Bed was nice. Place was just too noisy after hours...not places fault but might attract less-considerate and respectful guests given its price point. If have a few bucks more to use for accomodations id probably look elsewhere. "

"We booked this hotel as the last minute after our flight was grounded for the evening due to the weather quite literally as we were about to take off. The rates were very reasonable given the last minute booking. I booked two rooms (one for my husband, infant I and one for my mom) and when I arrived, they offered an adjoining room without me even asking which was very much appreciated. Overall, check in was super friendly and seamless despite a large number of us there from said grounded flight. The room itself is a little dated and could use a facelift but it felt clean enough. The sheets were quite rough and it did smell a bit like wet dog- were we staying longer this may have been a real issue but for this night, we were just happy to have a clean and warm place to rest our heads. My only real disappointment was that I thought this hotel was literally a part of the airport. This is likely due to my own lack of research as I frantically was booking something, but we had an infant with no car seat and so we needed something we could get to without vehicular transport if at all possible. The shuttle itself was fine- it came regularly and was easy to find but I did not love having my infant in a shuttle with no car seat. Again, not the fault of the hotel but clarifying for anyone else in a similar situation. Overall, this hotel is wonderful in a pinch, especially if you need to be near the airport. I am not sure I would love staying here long term, though. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and room were less then clean. There was a purse bash going on that we were unaware of prior causing the parking lot, the loby to he full and loud. There was long waits for the bathroom by the pool. Hottub and main elevator were out of ordee."
