Never seen anything like this. Reception is in the alcohol store next to the building. Dirt and cockroaches inside the apartment.

The properties was dated. The apartment could use a remodel. The pictures that were displayed did not represent what we received. The WiFi was not consistent. We had a hot water issue that was resolved very quickly. The staff was amazing. Over all It sufficed for what was offers. The appointment is on the beach. Couldn’t beat that.

ロケーションは良い。広さが必要で、洗濯かできて、寝るだけと割り切れば悪くはないが、全体的に施設の質は低く、管理も非常に悪いです。 部屋により質の違いがあるのか？、写真のイメージと実際が違うので、大変、驚きました。 壁に穴、鍵穴も壊れていて、施錠ができない部屋だったので、部屋を変えてもらったら、次は 水回りの質が明らかに低く、洗面台の排水溝から水が漏れる部屋でした。 そんなやり取りに時間を費やし、予定が大きく狂ってしまいました。 マネージャーに不満を申し出たら、謝罪もなく逆に怒鳴る始末。話しても無駄と判断し、3部屋めは最低限滞在できるレベルの部屋だったので、我慢する事にしました。 非常に残念な滞在になりました。 再来はありませんし、おすすめ出来ない宿泊施設です。

Polite staff friendly owner nothing was a problem only downfall is the water pressure at times is weak .But that is a city wide problem .Good position straight across from the beach . Great value for money. The apartment even has a washing machine which was a great surprise . Would have no hesitation in staying there again .

日出海景美麗，品流複雜。

品流複雜，沒有安全感，因為大廈有大多數是本地越南人的住所，自動電梯很恐怖，與地面不平， 降下了3吋，及自動梯經常沒有位，不能進入。海景房能看見日出從海上升上，景色非常美麗。房間很大，有洗衣機，大雪櫃，微波爐，電飯煲，煮食用具，沙發，2張雙人床。但牙膏是綠色的，不敢用。建議自備淋浴用品，牙膏。

靠近海灘

過馬路就是沙灘，後面全是食市，到night market也是5分鐘內步行距離。但入口不太明確，初到步且語言不通，取房時有點吃力。首先到達孟清豪華酒店，再在左邊小巷直行到尾。門口有間像雜物房找職員check in。 設施像小型住宅，有客廳，廚房，睡房，浴室和小露台。只有房間內有冷氣，且滴水嚴重，每天露台上會一地水。小露台外沒景色，但有洗衣機，可洗衣和晒衣。客廳只有木長椅，坐著不舒服且我住的那間沒電視。廚房可以煮食，但很多小強出沒。 每天會有人換毛巾，床單只會整理不會更換，因我發現整理好的床單上還有好多頭髮。 保安設施不好，屋內不能反鎖，有一晚有人用鎖匙開門進來，說是前手住客回來找行李，導致之後幾晚也睡不好。

We had this one as a contingency because the hotel we booked "miss" our reservation. The room is big, but not thoroughly cleaned. Traces of former guests are still there. It's better than nothing.

Big tall building with low class interior, low end equipment in side, bed is hard like rock, slide some door is so inconvenient, bath room is terrible design, cheap built, low end, elevator not feel safe- elevator floor not flush with stair floors -> scared. not worth $88 per night, Phu Quy2 is better bathroom , Nha Trang Lodge is much better for same price, not recommended if you from USA Like us.

정말 최악의 호텔

모든면에서 다 최악이지만 가장 참기힘들었던점은 32층부터 45층까지 운영하고 있는데 엘리베이터 타고 룸에 한번갔다오려면 거짓말 조금 보테서 체감상 20분 넘게 걸린거 같았어요 아파트먼트 찾기도 정말 힘듭니다 상호가 적힌 이정표하나 없습니다 인내심이 강하신분들 아니면 스트레스를 많이 받을것 같네요

最初にプレミアムオーシャン ビューに1／11-1／26 15泊 広く素敵な部屋だったがトイレ シャワー 洗面1所 いつも ビショビショ 他は掃除応対共満足 窓からは素晴らしいビーチが真下 次に1／30-2／5丁度ベトナムの正月の為良い部屋がなく1日泊まったがとても不満足良い部屋は高くて ブッキングの為無かったが無理に オーナーにお願いして次の日からチェンジして貰い助かった。

Disappointment

This property was no where near what I expected. I am an avid Expedia user and book most of my stays on here, but this was a huge disappointment! The pictures and reviews seemed good to me...until I arrived. I traveled with a group of 11 and we had booked 3 two-bedroom apartments. When we first arrived, the lobby was hot and extremely packed. There were 3 (slow) elevators for a building of 40+ floors?! It took about 20 minutes to just get in one-it was so full I'm surprised it didn't get stuck. Finally made it to the 37th floor and checked into one of the apartments, only to be welcomed by the smell of stale and to find one of the bedrooms with a huge leak and the whole bed was soaked. There was also what seemed to be mold on the ceiling of the living room? The other bedroom had a nice view of the beach, but had stains on the sheets. I was disgusted :( There was no way I could stay there and sadly just took the loss in what we've paid and ended up booking the Sheraton down the street. I don't know if we just got a bad batch of rooms, but I won't be taking another chance staying here. Although the property manager was helpful, it didn't make up for the condition of the rooms.
