Most terrible hotel

Frankly speaking about 'Ecstacy Hotel' It was worst hotel in my life. They are liar and swindler! I booked room for a night and paid through "Hotels.com". When I visit hotel, they said there is no available room and they are so sorry to me about that. I understood it was friday night and everybody can mistake. They told me they will cancel my booking. But they didn't. Furthermore, now they are saying guest was no show. If I don't have a receipt of Grab, they succeed to steal my money.

Chambre propre et grande. Vue sur la mer. Balcon avec vue sur la montagne. Au 12ème étage, la matin la rue derrière l’hotel Est très bruyante. On entent aussi les préposés à la cuisine au 15 étage, ceux qui préparent le déjeuner. Le niveau d’anglais du personnel est faible et principalement de ceux qui sont au Check-in / out. J’ai demandé une annulation de ma dernière nuit lors de mon arrivé (la dernière d’une réservation de 4 nuits) Au lieu denme faire répéter parce qu’il ne comprenait pas, l’employé a acquiescé. Lors de mon départ il m’a annoncé que je n’avais pas fait mention (cette fois ci nous avons communiquer par application De traduction. Ensuite il m’a dit que je ne pouvais être remboursé parce que réservé par Expédia. Que les employés ne parlent pas anglais est possible. Mais qu’ils ne fassent pas semblant de comprendre serait un peu plus Intéressant!
