Booked and Paid for accommodation at this Hotel. I had confirmation of the booking. When I arrived, tired after travelling they advised the Hotel was full and had NO room for me to sleep. Very unhelpful. Could not get a refund on my booking and had to try and find another Hotel to sleep that night. Walking around Nha Trang trying to find another hotel was not what I wanted.
Not Happy and would not recommend this Hotel.

Oh dear this was a disappointment. The hotel was tired, run down and very noisy. Our bathroom had a large hole in the ceiling with green and black mould. The water pressure in shower was poor and we had no hot water for three days. Not sure why the Lonely Planet gave it a good review. However the hotel was in a great location and the breakfast was acceptable.
