The only thing we missed was no restaurant for early coffee or breakfast/just a coffee machine in the lobby.They did not have updated coffee machines in the room which made it feel a bit/ little outdated with old coffee pots being provided. "An *extremely* basic hotel. Very clean but far fewer amenities than a Travelodge or Premier Inn for a UK comparison. Had to pay to park and despite this still not enough spaces in the car park. Quite isolated location - must have a car. Poor communication and overall disappointing and reasonably expensive for what it is. "

"The pool and sauna hours for the hotel were relatively long so that was helpful because after a day out, you can use them. The sauna was well maintained and even included a shower. The hotel staff were helpful but had very short working hours so always had to wait full day to ask a question if anything happened in the evening. Overall very good experience, highly recommend if you're driving, if not its a bit hard in terms of accessibility as public transport services to the hotel finish by half...

"Very well-equipped holiday apartment with comfortable beds. Friendly front desk. Walking distance to many restaurants along the waterfront, and to public buses up on the hill. The building is older and feels a bit like a hospital or old people's residence, with swinging fire doors and dim lighting in the corridors. There was a slight fishy smell in the unit due to the general humidity. Bring your own toilet paper! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."

"A sort of time-share set up. Our room was pleasant enough with a little outdoor terrace facing the woods, so much quieter than anywhere else on the huge, busy property. We stayed for just a night to get to the Nice airport. Some beautiful small towns easily accessible from the hotel for dinner, but traffic a bit bad in the morning to get to the airport. Wifi didn't really work in our room and although it was advertised as a double bed it was a pull out sofa. Nice amenities if you have time to...

"Ideal place - easy walk for the beach and the town, would highly recommend. It's not posh, it's not modern, but it's safe, with friendly staff, and a bargain in such an expensive area. If you're looking for a romantic hotel experience, this isn't for you, but if you're a family, or a group of friends needing a good base - this is for you. "

"Villeneuve Loubet is a short train journey outside Nice, pleasant enough, not a ‘resort’ (which is good!) I wouldn’t have been so keen to stay here on my own as it’s a way out of town, but a great budget stay for the two of us! "
