"Annoyed and frustrated that the breakfast was not topped up with hashbrowns and eggs at the beginning of breakfast for everyone. The cook should always ask and know before work what the percent of the hotel rooms is booked in order to know how much they will need to have food cooked. Aswell it should always be topped up for the first hour of opening on the weekend. I was told i needed to wait 5 minutes and than another 10 minutes and than another 17 minutes just for hasbrowns and eggs. So frustrating. Another issue. When i booked i called two times. Once in the day and another time in the evening (thursday) and asked if the pool was opened and they told me no its closed. We booked for saturday and it was so hot in the afternoon. Sunday before our check out at 10:30am we noticed a family going to the pool and in the water. Apparently the pool was opened. Went to the front desk and asked if the pool was closed and she told me its opened. I told her i was told it was closed thursday evening. She said sorry and they had it opened a day and a half ago. That means the pool was opened the evening i called. I told her that's 2 strikes. My kid cried he could not go to the pool for the last hour of check out day. Staff should inform families when those families are checking in that the pool is opened. "

"I hate to leave negative reviews but this is a very sad rundown motel, the room was tiny and very dirty, the sink in the bathroom was hanging off of the wall and the bathroom door couldn't close. There was a microwave and fridge in the room but no coffee maker or kettle, there was not even a paper cup to get a cup of water! The bed was uncomfortable and there was only two very flat pillows. There was no table and no chairs to sit on and to top it all there were no batteries in the TV remote! I would not recommend this motel to anyone."

"Very basic room. Floor was dirty, bed was ok. Did not have anyone available in the front desk. Had to call posted phone number and asked to share drivers licence picture over phone. Felt a little sketchy to do so. "
