“It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms. The staff were so kind and quick to work hard and fix it by the time we went got back for dinner. 10/10 customer service. Would...

“A beautiful place to stay with extremely friendly and kind staff who treated us like family more than customers. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The room is cozy and very comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing for an evening swim. Breakfasts were healthy and satisfying. The coffee was perfect! Also within walking distance of the beach, shops, and many wonderful places to eat. We didn’t move our car once we had parked and enjoyed everything about the area. ”
