“Greeted by the beautiful vibrant Alejandra at Reception, we were guided into this clean and spacious private room with a friendly welcome. This is one of the Best hostels we’ve had the pleasure of staying at. Options for dining in at the Sage restaurant or several others options within walking distance. Hammocks and cabanas provided throughout the property located right on the beach. Alejandra and staff are so loving and warm, it felt like family. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay....

“It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms. The staff were so kind and quick to work hard and fix it by the time we went got back for dinner. 10/10 customer service. Would...

“I stayed at The Nomadic and had such a good experience. Mariela, Cynthia, Sylvia, and Levi were all so friendly and welcoming. You can feel the effort they put into creating a comfortable environment. The shared room was very clean, comfortable, and well thought out. There were hooks, shelves, and two drawers under each bed which made it easy to stay organized. The attached bathroom was also great with two toilets, two showers, and two sinks with baskets underneath for storing your things....

“Great location in the middle of the town, easy acces to Beach and Town restaurants, safe, good and friendly staff. My only concern is the water that sometimes is very low pressure and sometimes even not running water but i believe as they explained is a City problem not a hotel problem. ”
