"This was our first time staying at this hotel and we can’t wait to return! Start with the positives, great location, extremely clean and well maintained property, great restaurant options and very friendly/professional staff. My only two suggestions: 1. upgrade the pillows, a little too soft for me. 2. add ceiling fans over bed. Overall , we had a great experience and highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Tomk"

"Here’s a little things I would like to request for the customer convenience. In my room I only had 4 hangers and one trash can. It would be nice to add more of those items. And it’s easier to use a body wash gels instead of soap bar."

"I love the location. I usually stay across the street, but I thought I’d try something new. I loved the idea of a restaurant and bar. The good: the hotel is clean. The inside is gorgeous. My room was spacious and beautiful. The bedroom was separate and I liked the bed. I like that there was a fridge, microwave and wet sink. The bathroom has ample sized toiletries. The bad: I arrived on a Friday afternoon. I checked in on the mobile app/room key. It said I needed to show ID at the counter. The line was insane and only ONE person was checking folks in. There was a huge concert in town so the lobby was packed. Very unprofessional to do this on a weekend. There were 2 workers who would pop in, look at the lobby, help no one, and leave again. It was very frustrating to wait 50 minutes to show ID to get a room. The restaurant was just okay. One waitress. Grumbled when we wanted a drink menu. The food was fine. A little pricey. Overall, great hotel. I will most likely stay again. Best recommendation, if it’s going to be a peak check-in time, try the app. It might be easier."

"The room had some nice upgrades but needed some updating in the bathroom. Cleanliness was lacking a bit as our feet were black from walking in the room with no shoes. The shampoo dispenser was only filled with enough for one head of hair. The pool and area was nice. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful including warm foods like eggs, sausages, and potatoes. The gated parking was much appreciated and we never felt unsafe even with the proximity to the downtown. Walkable to the train for ease of transport to events at Rice Eccels Stadium."
