Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. "The hotel was so loud. I could hear everything from everyone. I was on the 5th floor and could hear a child screaming in the lobby. The first time someone above me took a shower, I had to check it wasn't pouring into my room. There was no restaurant, even though it says there is on their website. The area is all under construction and there was very much close by. To get to the walking street, you had to walk through the construction. Which felt dangerous at night. "
