“Stayed in oceanfront balcony on third floor. Room was very spacious. Balcony was big with two chairs, a table and a couch. Beautiful view from the balcony.”

“Location and place were great. We even did paddleboarding from the boat launch area by the place. Reason for low rating is that the firealarm went off at 5am due to low battery. There is no immediate help at site after hours other than texting a number. We ended up not sleeping fully for a single night stay. Help didn’t come until 9 am to remove the arm from the ceiling. It was very annoying loud noise, didn’t have a fully resting night😞😔😔”

“Inexpensive location to stay in Marathon. The room was cozy with air conditioning, and a living room with a table, kitchen, tv, and couch. No front desk but we were able to check in ahead of schedule. Quick drive to the middle of the Key where there were most of the restaurants. There was a bar walking distance. View of 7 mile bridge from property and Isla Market right down the street.”

“My husband and I stayed for 5 nights (in Room 7) in late June. We really loved the resort and Marathon. It is as pictured, charming and well kept. Very old Florida. It felt like we had the resort to ourselves. We didn't use the marina but it was fun to watch other guests and their boats.
