While I wouldn’t consider this a true five-star hotel, the location in Plaza is very convenient, and the on-site onsen is a wonderful touch. For a short stay of a couple of nights, it’s a practical and comfortable choice. However, if you prefer larger rooms and a more spacious, American-style hotel experience, you may want to explore other options."

"This was our favorite hotel during our trip to Japan. The family room is spacious for Japanese standards and very well equipped. They even provided pajamas and slippers for my daughter. The views from the top floors are amazing and worth spending the extra money. Hotel is conveniently located very close to the main train that takes you directly to the Osaka airport. Clean, friendly staff and great for families. "

"Friendly staff, especially the front desk, clean rooms and they’re very generous with the towels. The place is affordable and the amenities like the sauna are top notch. It’s also very close to the bus station and the train station. 10 minutes walk to Dotonbori. would definitely stay again."

"The staff were very nice. The property itself is in serious disrepair. Stains all over the carpets in the hallways, gouges out of the walls most likely from luggage and carts. Mini refrigerator in room has a working light inside but nothing cooling. The breakfast is plentiful and poor quality. Cold food that’s supposed to be warm, dry flake apart pancakes, bland food. Do not spend the money to include breakfast. All in all a decent location to walk about, or catch the train but would never stay here again. "
