"This property is close to convenient store and train station. The hotel provided all the necessities like toothbrush, hair care even hair rubberband. The staff were great and helpful."

"Great location, clean room, lots of famous restaurants. Bathroom is a bit small but clean. not easy to use the washing machine and dryer. Refrigerator is not working well. However, I can see Dotonbori from my room and only 2 mins to walk to the place for the day tour bus stop. Staff are really kind. "
"We stayed in a Junior Suite which is very spacious and comfortable. We were offered welcome drinks, breakfast at the Executive Club and free parking. Our room overlooks the Osaka Castle and the view is spectacular! The Concierge service is excellent, and my booking for restaurants were handled very nicely."

"The place is well connected with many stations within walking distance, that said, if you fancy a stroll it is not too far away for that either. I stayed in a room with a private bathroom instead of a dorm which was nice and clean. The shower was like a pressure washer which was nice but it was adjustable as well if you dont want to remove your skin :). The staff were friendly and always greeted me whenever i entered or departed and were able to help with any questions asked. I would recommend this place as a solo traveler and when i come back with a group will look to book here again."

A picturesque twenty minute walk gets you to Tenjinbashi-Suji shopping street where there are so many dining and shopping options. "
