"This was the best hotel we stayed at while in Japan and we stayed in 4 different hotels in different cities. This hotel had the most perfect location, very large western style roon close to the train station and in the heart of all entertainment, shopping, food, river. The building was on top of a trendy two level eatery with some nice and quiet restaurants, it was perfect. It had a lounge with free unlimited drinks including beer, wine, sake, juice, soft drinks, coffee, tea and some chips and salsa and nuts. It was perfect. And the laundry room was so so convenient and free. And they had a very convenient location for storing/locking your luggage for free in case you arrive before the 3 pm check in time. This hotel was so perfect that it made our visit to Osaka our favorite!"
