"The best location. Everything is only a few minutes walk, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi shopping, metro line, vintage shops, family mart is across the road, eateries are just outside the hotel. There’s no view even though we’re at the top floor but it’s the roomiest hotel we’ve had during our trip. The king bed is massive and you can open 3 big luggage on the floor with no issues. There is no wardrobe but plenty of clothe hangers. There is a lounge/dinner room on the ground floor that you can use anytime except breakfast unless you opt in. Otherwise guest use it for lunch or diner. Some guest buy take out and use it to dine instead of using your own room. Unlimited soda drinks and coffee (ground coffee and not the 3 in 1). Some free nibbles to go with your coffee or drinks. Highly recommended and will use it again when we come back to Osaka. "

"Staff was super kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and nice overall. Only downside was the bed and blankets weren’t very comfortable. There’s a vending machine and laundry on the 11th floor, a FamilyMart right next door, and the train station entrance is right outside. It’s also right in the middle of the Shinsaibashi-suji strip, so the location is perfect."

"Absolutely amazing hotel! The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions! They helped us ship our luggage to our next destination. The rooms are a decent size compared to most small rooms in Japan. The location is amazing! 6 minute walk to Dotonbori "
