The staff went beyond our expectations as my sister left her phone in a cab and they called the cab company and tracked down the phone and it was waiting in our room when we returned to the hotel. "Great location next to the famous Dotonbori! It was nice to have the hotel so close from the main attractions for sightseeing and shopping and eating. The staff and the accommodation is great and the room was quite large for the Japanese standard. Only downside is the Main Street traffic noise with some loud go carts and motorcycles at night. "
