"Clean room, quiet , staff are kind and very helpful, very friendly and accommodating. Room size little small for 3 bed to fit in , but it works. It very accessible to all dining and shopping area, just outside hotel is the Dotonbori. Hotel is modern and new. Highly recommended "

The only drawback.. no dresser or drawers for clothing if staying more than one night."
