"The location is convenient because it is walkable to Dotonbori and the surrounding shopping area. There are a lot dining options as well. The Onsen on premise is good but it is very crowded in late night. Overall the hotel is clean and staff are helpful. Breakfast is great with awesome options. And the nightly ramen snacks are great plus. Lastly, our room is nice too but a little small. The toilet and shower are separated and the spaces are tight. "

"Not welcoming staff. Sadly a female staff who stands by the check in machine wasn’t helpful at all, she didn’t let me go to the counter either. It would be nicer to see someone with welcoming attitude when we arrive in the hotel. It’s was my first time using this hotel, of course I don’t know what to do, perhaps little support and smile can help.
