Windows are frosted and dirty so best to leave the blinds down which makes the room darker. But location is great next to Namba and Kuromon Market. Breakfast is good but doesn’t change daily and you have to commit to the style of food and time slot in advance. "

We stayed in a triple room and had lots of space. One of the elevators was glass giving you an incredible view of the harbour. Pillows were a bit odd but you can ask for a softer set. Kettle and AC in every room. We loved it! Stay here for sure."
