"There was a fridge/freezer which was very convenient. There's 2 hob with pans available. There's mugs, chopsticks, knife, fork and spoon (we didn't use them because there's so much food option available in Osaka. There's a washing machine in the room. There's no tumble dryer but there's a drying function in the shower that dried our clothes such as t shirt in 8 hours. Thicker items and jeans may take longer. There's no washing line so just used the hangers and hung them in the shower area. It's a 17 min walk Dotonbori area, less than 5 min walk for the subway (with a lift - handy for suitcase). 3 min walk to a big 7/11 Room was clean enought. Good air con. Enough space for the a family of 2. Bed was comfy Slippers provided, toothbrush provided. A large self service storage area with locks provided. "

"This hotel is clean and centrally located. The restaurant has a great breakfast and the lounge has a beautiful view of the city lights. However there are several things that are not beneficial for most travelers. The bathroom light remains on at all times, which is very disturbing when you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, and the bright light can wake you up and not allow you to go right back to sleep. And the hotel layout is difficult to maneuver. Being located in a city high-rise is difficult, but needing to go up in an elevator to the 16th floor to register and then down to the rooms are difficult and inconvenient. It is difficult to remember where you need to go, up or down! And the room keys are set to automatically disconnect on check out day, but since we extended our stay the keys needed to be redone several times, locking us out of our rooms at inconvenient times, and having to go up and down to the lobby to get them rekeyed. Since the rooms and lobby are up and down floors, it seems that you have to continually spend time in the elevator going between floors. Not the best experience."

This property is conveniently located near the station, making it easy to visit local restaurants and enjoy shopping. The area offers a lively nightlife and access to several designer shops within walking distance Negative Very little space available so difficult to move around if you have large suitcases. Booking in is from 4 pm and 10 am vacate, but you could leave suitcases chained to wall if you arrive early and want to go off. "

"Great location, easy to get to everywhere with trains downstairs. It rained a few days while were we there but we had no problems because the trains were downstairs and we also travel through the underground walkways. Very convenient with tons of restaurants nearby and a supermarket downstairs that had everything. The room was very clean and the AC worked great. I look forward to staying here on my next trip to Osaka."
