Really nice and spacious hotel compared to other hotels here in Japan, very friendly staff, I accidentally lost my phone in a taxi and the staff were really caring and kind trying to help me. Awesome experience, will come back again

The rooms were well cleaned daily with all amenities stocked including pyjamas. The breakfast buffet was well worth the prepay option with the room. The views from the 28th floor is beautiful.

Namba Oriental Hotel
Clean room! Free washing and drying machines. They have a wonderful welcome lounge with snacks,drinks, and coffee. Perfect place to stay Dotonbori is less than a 2 minute walk. Also they provide free bags and a vacuum sealing machine which made it easier to take our souvenirs and stuffed animals ...
