"Room was tiny, dinky. Everything looked run down Tv was right middle of room protruding out. We hit our heads numberous times. Staff are very nice. Helpful polite. We had to ask for the cups everyday as non was provided by hotel. Good location. Expedia gave us tge wrong address and again we had to carry our luggage around looking for the correct Apa."

"Loved that this hotel was attached to the train station. Very convenient to have a family Mart attached to the hotel we well. Room was very spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would comeback!"

"The aesthetic was extremely dark throughout the property, including the room. It was very hard to see. The room was also extremely small, could barely fit 2 suitcases in a double room. The breakfast area was so small folks often had to wait 20+ minutes to get seated as there was not enough space for the size of hotel- with minimal food options to boot. The best thing was the location as the hotel is close to the metro, dontobori as well as shinshabasi. "

"Location is extremely convenient. Easy walk to Domtonbori and malls. Lots of restaurants nearby. Train station is right downstairs. Rooms were clean and modern. My only con was they had no vending machines and nowhere you can buy snacks or drinks. You had to walk around the corner to a convenience store. Other than that I recommend it if u plan on going to dontonbori. I think their check in and check out process could be better as well."

"Everything was pretty self served. One downside every night usually there is a bit of a line up at the lobby to take the elevator back to the room. Also if you needed any type of luggage service in the morning better go early or else there is also a big lineup to get helped."
