"Ein zufriedenstellendes Hotel mit leider sehr kleinen Zimmern. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und die Ausstattung modern. Wir haben allerdings erwartet, dass der Weg in die Innenstadt trotz guter Bahnanbindung schneller gewesen wäre. Der Onsen wird schnell sehr voll. Ab 22Uhr mussten wir sogar für die Duschen anstehen und hatten kaum Platz im Becken! Selbst innerhalb der Woche ist hier alles voll, weil Universal Studios um die Ecke liegt. Dementsprechend darf man das Gästeklientel erwarten."

"Rooms were nice with very comfy beds. we were on the top floor (17) so also had good views of the city. The onsen was nice to go in after a long day of travel. The location was really good, a 7-8 minute walk from train and right in the heart of busy downtown nightlife and dining area which was fun."

"Clean room and friendly staff. Really easy access to city walk and Universal Studios. Breakfast buffet was not great and the beds are really uncomfortable. Nice hotel though. "

"It’s next to the Arrival/Departure terminals. It was great when my evening flight was delayed and great for morning flights. "

"The spa and sauna was the highlight of the hotel. The 7 Eleven within the hotel was super convenient. The buffet breakfast was a little disappointing. There was many options ans the food was quite average considering how much you pay. "

Rooms are what you would expect in Japan, small but has what you need for 2 people. Their system to store your bags is smart, you don't have to bother staff, self-serve. Good value, clean and meets your needs when traveling."
