"Simple capsule style accommodations. The atmosphere was quiet and calm. Location is excellent. Just a short walk from Hakata station and an even shorter one to the local convenience stores and restaurants. What I really appreciated was the hospitality shown by the staff. Despite my predicament during check in, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. Thanks to their efforts I was spared a great deal off trouble."

"Fantastic location for Hakata station. Hotel was modern, well maintained and clean. Met expectations for the price point. The room was tiny, I think even by Japanese standards? Was our smallest room of the trip but we did stay in a range of hotels and price points. Staff were very helpful and polite. Would stay there again when using as a base."

"The best 3 nights stay in the heart of the city.clean beautiful nice reception and great breakfast. The only thing was we should go to the airport in the morning and couldn’t eat breakfast.it was nice if they offered breakfast basket to go. Other than that it was great"
