โWe, as a family, had wonderful experiences at this Hotel. Checkin was smooth. Food was awesome. View from the room were breathtaking, beautiful! It rained overnight very heavily and experienced a water leak in some areas, but Hotel staff was very prompt in responding to the situation. Checkout had a glitch with International credit cards, but managed with UPI payment options. One word of caution though, this place is not for the faint hearted people, its very stiff climb up the stairs to top...
โThis is a beautiful brand new hotel that has a wonderful view. The Manager Akshit upgraded our room and helped us book taxis. His hospitality was excellent, he even drove us to our bus stop and waited with us to ensure we got the right bus. Akshit was excellent and we loved our stay!โ
โThe hotel did not switch on generator for about 3 to 4 hours at night when regular electric supply was disrupted. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption.
Secondly, regardless of discomfort & disturbance to guests, continous hammering was resorted to at night...
