“호텔 위치가 중심인 폰타델가다에서 멀기는 하지만 침대사이즈가 커서 어른2면 아이1명이 같이 자기에 좁지는 않았습니다. 사우나 사용도 가능했고 한가지 아쉽다면 인사이드 풀장의 물이 따뜻했으면 더 좋았을것 같네요. 주변에 만족스러운 레스토랑이 많이 없어서 호텔에서 식사하거나 다른 지역으로 나가야합니다. 호텔에서 식사하는 경우 예약이 필요합니다.”

“Staff were very courteous and accommodating. We were given our room on arrival before the alloted time which was superb as we had been traveling over 24 hours. Room was cleaned daily and smelled wonderfully of citrus. Breakfast was awesome, so much choice . Fresh fruit was plentiful. We were sad to leave here and would return. Hire car is probably a good idea. ”

“The Hotel is all updated, great service and nice location and amenities but they don’t recognize our Hilton points because we reserved with Expedía. It’s the first time something like this happened to us. We should go to another hotel but we pick this one because of our Hilton points. The other think I don’t like was the room temperature is set so you can’t lower it more than 19 decrees Celsius and that is not acceptable ”

“Es un sitio con una ubicación excelente, fácil acceso y parking en las instalaciones. El check in es facilisimo y tienes un código para entrar. El desayuno siempre es el mismo cada día, es sencillo pero rico. Las habitaciones están muy bien, son amplias pero el colchón es terrible, eso hace que el descanso sea deficiente. Deberían cambiar los colchones porque están llenos de muelles que no dejan dormir bien. Excepto el tema de descansar mal por los colchones el lugar es que nos gustó.”

“What a great spot if you want quiet and tranquility, the view was spectacular. Went for a nice walk in the morning along the bluff not a place to go if you do not have a car or don’t bring groceries with you. It’s a bit far out that is what I loved about it. ”

“Staff was friendly and the correspondence through the app was great. Clean room and fresh towels every day. Breakfast was an added bonus. Would have given 5* but there is some upkeep to be done. Overall, I would stay there again. ”
