“Our whole stay from start to finish was top notch! Each & every staff member we encountered went above & beyond, exceeding all expectations whilst delivering phenomenal customer service, making us feel special & truly valued. Absolutely NOTHING was too much trouble & we could not fault anything! I'm so sorry I didn't get everyone's names but they all deserve a mention & are a credit to the establishment! “Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided.
Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast.
The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...

“OK so ..parking was good but tight ..
To me the restaurant is in the wrong location..would have liked it if it was on the main floor where breakfast is served so you could have a view over the sea front while having you main meal ..rather than down below ground level .. sorry but the prices are a little high .. drink .starter .main ..half pint coke ..pate ..fish chips and peas for £32. 00 is high sorry that's my thoughts ..food was nice but still .. staff are a credit to the hotel.”

“Food was fairly decent, staff were all excellent. Nice clean room, lovely comfortable bed. Big clean bathroom.
However .....we couldn't get any of the radiators to work. When its single digits centigrade outside its time to fire up the central heating !! The room and bathroom was very cold, which put a real downer on our stay.”
