“Everything went well and staff was friendly. They offered free buffet breakfast in a nice dining room. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no elevator access to our second floor room and we had to carry all of our luggage up a large flight of stairs. I don't think this was mentioned in the room description when booked. I would recommend checking with the hotel ahead of time to confirm room location, especially if you can't easily walk up stairs.”

“Could use some updating/maintenance. Some things broken or close to broken in our room. The front desk has a sign that says you must report room problems within 20 minutes of check in. Makes me think there has been other complaints.
Beautiful building inside. Plain outside.
Check in staff was super friendly.
The sign said they wouldn’t change our towels or sheets for a short stay but they didn’t come in the room at all to check on things or empty garbages or anything.
Breakfast was good....
